and now, guys, I think I should make things clear, as long as people often ask me if I use refs in my works.)
I think I don't.
honestly, I always in search for inspiration in photos, other artists' works....also movies, life and stuff. who doesn't? sure, I look at people around, sometimes I open an anatomy atlas to refresh smth, or watch some details that I haven't paid enough attention before, other time I simply use mirror... well, you know how it happens.)) and I even have a folder named "refs" where are mostly half nudenudemodel photos. and I like to look in there time after time (well, cause I find it quite pleasurable and sort of eyegasmic to see beautiful bodies, you know...*eyebrows*) but not in the moment when I draw. Talking about a pose - I always take it from my head. (I tried to use pose refs few times, but it didn't work. it distracted me from actual... drawing)
I think I remember quite detailed how human body looks... and I just bend and twist it the way I want in certain moment... ooh, nasty Stump! *needs a good spanking* :}
...and I also wanted you to know that I see nothing shameful in using refs, by the way.  lot of artists make and  use them as an acceptable help for poses, shadowlight effects, perspective twists etc. I think it's ok, in a reasonable amounts, ofcourse.
if I had a little more free time (...and a little less almighty laziness!!!11) i'd make and use refs shamelessly often...)))
that's how it is.
:dygel:

...so now have a nice day, every1! *gets back to work*

every artist has to use an inspiration
it is completley different than refrences ..refrences r thing u draw from or use the pose to draw

i think even if u use refrences ur art is still one of my favs <3
